THE EDITORIAL
Time to Ease the Tension.
The KG department is the most hit department in the implementation of the Standard Based Curriculum.
Whiles all others including the KG are crying for the lack of resources to implement the programme, the KG Facilitator is handicapped in this entire exercise.
This challenge may be blamed on the implementors of the Curriculum.
Unlike the primary school, the KGs are to teach all the disciplines in an amalgamated form.
As a matter of urgency, the various training officers, NaCCA, MOE and the GES to organise refresher courses for all KG Facilitators.
In addition, all the materials needed to teach at the KG should be supplied to all schools.
It is only this, that can guarantee a better future for our education and Future Leaders.
