2️⃣ Enter Ghana Card Pin ( Note: Enter letters and figures without hyphens)
3️⃣ Confirm Ghana Card Pin.
4️⃣ Enter Surname.
5️⃣ Enter First Name(s)
6️⃣ Enter Date of Birth (Format: DDMMYYYY)
7️⃣ Select Sex.
8️⃣ Confirm Details.
9️⃣ Summit Details Provided After Registration
1️⃣0️⃣ Visit your Service Provider with the unique code to complete registration

1️⃣ Dial *711*9# on your mobile phone
2️⃣ Select option 1
3️⃣ Enter your SSNIT Number
4️⃣ Enter your email address (if the phone number you are using is different from your phone number registered in our database)
5️⃣ Enter the Personal ID Number on your Ghana Card
6️⃣ Select option 1 to complete the merging of your SSNIT and the NIA numbers (Personal ID Number on your Ghana Card)
7️⃣You will receive a notification after the merger.

2️⃣ Select option 4 (Link Ghana Card) and press send.
3️⃣ Enter your Ghana Card Personal ID number without the hyphen (E.g. GHAXXXXXXXXXX)
Press send.
4️⃣ Enter your NHIS Membership Number (on the front of your NHIS ID Card)
4️⃣ Press SEND
5️⃣ You will get a feedback if process is successful
